Summary
At EduTesla, I led the company’s complete media transformation, starting from developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, moving on to redesigning the visual identity, and then upgrading the entire media production process. I also managed the company’s media presence at major events, including the EduVision exhibition. My main goal was to shift EduTesla from having a weak and scattered digital presence into becoming a strong, modern, and trusted brand in the educational market.
1️⃣ Developing the Marketing Strategy
I have Created a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company (available in a separate attached document).
The strategy included: market research, competitor analysis, defining the target audience, building a new media identity, and planning both content and paid advertising campaigns.
The objective was to reposition EduTesla as a leading and reliable educational brand.
2️⃣ Redesigning the Visual Identity
Oversaw the transition from the old, outdated identity to a more modern and professional one.
This included: creating a new logo, updating colors and typography, and developing unified templates for visual and written content.
The transformation strengthened EduTesla’s image and built greater trust with its audience.
3️⃣ Upgrading Media Production
Before the transformation, the company’s production quality (design, photography, video editing) was weak.
Led my team in building a professional production system that significantly raised quality standards.
Improvements included: professional photography, advanced editing, high-quality designs, and structured content scheduling.
4️⃣ EduVision Exhibition
Managed EduTesla’s outstanding media coverage at the EduVision educational exhibition, which included:
Live streaming directly from the event.
Engaging, interactive social media content.
Post-event videos and highlights.
This positioned EduTesla as one of the most notable educational companies participating.

Supervised the coverage of EduTesla’s participation in various educational events and university fairs.
Produced diverse media content that increased visibility and strengthened audience connections.
