Overview of Collaboration

EduVision is an educational exhibition in Istanbul, organized by EduTesla and Uniscope. Momken Creative acted as EduTesla’s media partner, handling full media coverage from pre-event promotion to live coverage and post-event documentation. My role was leading EduTesla’s media presence across all stages.

  • Developed the media plan: I personally prepared a comprehensive media plan for EduTesla, covering all stages of the exhibition (before – during – after).


  • Managed ad campaigns: I oversaw the paid advertising campaigns that promoted EduTesla’s presence at EduVision and increased awareness.


  • Directed live coverage: I led the live streaming and real-time coverage, ensuring EduTesla’s brand was strongly represented during the event.


  • Supervised content production: I coordinated my team in producing daily content (videos, photos, stories) that highlighted EduTesla’s activities and participation.


  • Led interviews & engagement: I managed on-site interviews with students and universities, positioning EduTesla as a credible and engaging brand.


  • Documented post-event success: I guided the creation of post-event media to showcase EduTesla’s success and reinforce its brand image after the exhibition.

Results:

Results:

• Delivered a remarkable media presence, attracting thousands of followers and views across digital channels.

• Built a complete media library (photos, videos, reports) for future use and reference.

• Received direct praise from the organizers (EduTesla & Uniscope) for the quality and success of the media coverage.

• Significantly increased digital engagement on social media during the exhibition period.
