Overview

Momken Creative is a digital marketing and media agency I co-founded to help companies build a strong digital presence, produce high-quality content, and organize their media operations. From the very beginning, my role extended beyond traditional content management to include building internal systems, leading teams, and developing marketing strategies that drove growth and measurable results for our clients.

At the beginning (Foundation Phase):

  • Contributed for 3 months to the company’s foundation by shaping marketing and strategic plans.

  • Participated in building the company’s internal structure and organizing its departments.


Over time (Building Phase):

  • Designed an internal structure for departments aligned with the company’s vision and operations.

  • Developed a detailed operational manual for each department, defining the workflow for every task.

  • Implemented a review system covering the entire production process from writing to final delivery.

  • Built a client database to streamline communication and follow-ups.

  • Assigned tasks to a small team and supervised their execution.


During growth and expansion:

  • Developed comprehensive marketing strategies based on market research and audience analysis.

  • Supervised and managed the entire production process with a focus on quality and visual consistency.

  • Prepared monthly performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.

  • Oversaw human resources tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Transformed Momken Creative from a small idea into an agency capable of running large campaigns and covering major events.

  • Built flexible internal operating systems that enabled the team to work efficiently and reduce errors significantly.


At the client level:

  • EduTesla: Led the company’s media transformation by developing its visual identity, content, and performance reporting system.


  • EduVision: Managed full media coverage of the educational exhibition, from live event coverage to post-event content production.


  • Qubex: Redesigned the company’s social media presence and developed a new content strategy, which received direct praise from the management.
